Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email us at support@amivolife.in with your order number as soon as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 days for Tier 2 & 3 cities, and 7–10 days for remote areas.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page for more details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged for a different size.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart with chest measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a tailored look.
What sizes do you offer?
Our t-shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery on select pin codes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?

Can I use a discount code?

We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the quality and colour of your garment. Avoid bleach and tumble drying.
