At AMIVO, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged for a different size.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@amivolife.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on all full-price items, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@amivolife.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
