Track Your Order

We know you can't wait to receive your AMIVO order! Here's how you can track your shipment every step of the way.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided at checkout. This email contains:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of our courier partner
  • A direct link to track your shipment

Step 2: Track Your Shipment

Click the tracking link in your email, or visit your courier partner's website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

Step 3: Check Your Order Status in Your Account

If you have an AMIVO account, you can also log in and visit My Orders to view the current status of all your orders.

Delivery Timelines

As a reference, here are our estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Tracking Not Updating?

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking hasn't updated after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Order Not Received?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please reach out to us immediately at support@amivolife.in with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
