Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
Orders below ₹999: Flat fee of ₹99

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Delays AMIVO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@amivolife.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly.
